Ongoing Services
On an ongoing basis, Fortress will provide the following services
designed to help the Retirement Committee members meet their fiduciary
responsibilities:
- Quarterly Reporting Package
Quarterly reports are generated identifying the performance of
each investment alternative and comparing its performance to that
of appropriate benchmarks and peer investments. This will also
report any deviations from the Investment Policy Statement criteria.
- Recommendations for Investment Changes
Investment options are proactively monitored per the parameters
set in the Investment Policy Statement. Committees are provided
with specific recommendations for investment changes.
- Activity Log
We provide a log detailing all investment changes, the date of
such changes, the process (removal, mapping, etc.) and the rationale
behind the changes.
- Participant Education Meetings
We provide on-site employee investment review meetings. These
meetings will cover subjects including market conditions, general
investment strategy tips, and/or explanations of changes to the
investment selection.
- Participant Investment Assistance
Plan Participants may contact our offices via phone or email to
obtain personalized advice regarding their 401(k) Plan investment
strategies.
